Founded in 1945 by Antonio Cano in the kitchen with his son Francisco Cano in the dining room. After Antonio's death, Catalina Sánchez, Francisco's wife, took over the kitchen. This marriage was succeeded by their son Francisco Cano, who has been able to maintain the tradition of his parents. At present, the transition to the fourth generation of this family is being carried out, being Carmen Cano who, guided by her father, is gradually taking over the reins of the business.
Despite the years, this establishment continues to offer its dishes without changing the recipes, that is why no matter how much time has passed, we have the opportunity to taste its exquisite Riñones al Jerez, the "Buchón de merluza" or the "Escocio" (hake with mild dressing) without noticing the passage of time. From its menu, also highlights exquisite fried fish, always at its point and some appetizing homemade desserts.
